30-Day Guarantee & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on all eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at support@mileandkin.com with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions and the return destination. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact support@mileandkin.com within 30 days of delivery if your item:

  • Arrived damaged,
  • Is defective or malfunctioning,
  • Is the wrong item, or
  • Did not arrive.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos help us process your request quickly. For damaged or defective items, we offer a prompt replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. In most cases, you will not need to ship the damaged item back.

Order Cancellations

  • Before shipment processing: You can cancel your order free of charge for a full refund. We typically process orders within 1 business day.
  • After shipment processing: If your order has already been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled in transit. Once it arrives, you may return it under our 30-day return policy.
  • To request a cancellation, email support@mileandkin.com with your order number as early as possible.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • We process refunds within 3 business days after confirming your request or receiving the returned item.
  • Please note that it may take 3 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
  • We will send you an email confirmation as soon as your refund is initiated.
